中国地区制造业竞争力评价的理论基础及模型构建

根据竞争力协同发展理论,在把握地区制造业竞争力的内涵与特征,分析影响地区制造业竞争力主要因素的基础上,遵从科学性、系统性、动态性、可操作性原则,针对我国区域经济和制造业特点,运用综合评价法,构建一个符合我国实际的地区制造业竞争力基本理论框架。认为中国地区制造业竞争力评价指标体系由3个层次8个模块构成,并从规模、市场、效率、成长、结构和创新6个方面选取11个指标,试图构建我国地区制造业竞争力评价指标体系。

Theories and Evaluation System of Regional Manufacturing Industrial Competitiveness in China

Regional manufacturing industrial competitiveness(RMIC)is the compositive capability of regional manufacture industry in the competition between different regions,which includes the ability to provide effective products and service and the potential for future development.Since the early 1970s,the researches on RMIC in the developed countries have become more and more active in official institutions,nongovernmental organizations and academic circles.China began the researches just in the early 1990s.With the foundation of market economy system and the fastening of economy globalization,the scholars have paid attention to the study of the regional competitive capability.In recent China,manufacturing industry plays a very important role in regional economy.Under the circumstances,the study on RMIC is of great theoretical and practical importance.In this paper,with the competitiveness theory of regional manufacturing industries,the main affecting factors of RMIC are analyzed.The theory frame and evaluation system of RMIC are constructed in accordance with the characteristics of the actual regional economy and manufacturing industry development in China.The evaluation system comprises of eleven indexes.
