| 摘 要： | 引用宋松柏等人提出的RSWRS系统发展综合指标体系，分单项指标可持续利用隶属度和等级评分两种方法对指标量化，为避免线性加权求和方法得出的指标数值因忽略低指标数值对可持续利用的限制影响，建立了以可持续隶属度幂权重求积方法的水资源复合系统综合指数模型，对陕西省水资源可持续利用评价，并将评价的结果与线性加权求和方法得出的结论相比较。

| Abstract: | Based on the indicators system of Song song-bai's comprehensive assessment method, the paper quantified the indicators with two methods(the one is by Membership function, the other is to classify and give the score), and established the model through product of the weight power of indicators' membership to reinforce the impact by the lowest indicator for the system. It evaluated the water resource sustainable development in Shanxi province and compared the results of evaluation to conclusion of comprehensive assessment method. |
