环沟格特蛤生化成分的周年变化

摘    要:周年逐月采集环沟格特蛤(Katelysiarimularis),分别测定软体部、性腺、足肌和消化腺的蛋白质、脂肪、糖的含量,并测定性腺甾类激素和以细胞磷推算的DNA和RNA含量。结果表明,其蛋白质和脂肪含量的变化与性腺发育周期一致,糖的变化与蛋白质和脂肪相反,提示该种蛤在性腺生长周期糖类向蛋白质和脂肪转化,并且随着性腺的发育,消化腺和足肌的蛋白质和脂肪转运到性腺。环沟格特蛤的甾类激素、DNA和RNA的含量变化与蛋白质及脂肪的含量变化有一致性,提示甾类激素是促进性腺蛋白质合成的内因之一。

Abstract:Yearlong biochemical analysis on the gonad of Katelysia rimularis showsthat the contents of proteins change the same as the lipid, and have peak values inJuly and November. The contents of saccharida change conversely in a year. Theirchanges have relation to the development of gonad. In the proliferating and growingphases of gonad, the saccharide may be translated into proteins and lipid. Analyses onthe components of the digestive gland, gonad and podo-muscle show that thedigestive gland reserves trophic components in the early phase of gonad developmentthe components in the digestive gland are consumed while the gonad begins itsactivities. In the recovering phase of gonad after the first spawning, the component inthe podo-muscle is also consumed.The paper analyzes the Yearlong changes of steroid, DNA and RNA in the gonad.The content of steroid increases with the activity of gonad, and arrives at its peak inJuly (the mature phase of gonad). After spawning, the content decreases. In the restphase of gonad (from December to the nert January) the content of steroid is too lowto be checked out. The DNA and RNA have their peak values a month later aftersteroid content arrives its peak value. From August to November the content ofsteroid is low, the contents of DNA and RNA also decrease. The above results mayshow that the steroid is one of inner factors which control the synthesize of trophicmaterial while the oocytes reserve the trophic material. The results mentioned abovemay be useful to understanding the inner factors influencing the development of gonad.
