SOME PROBLEMS ON THE PRECAMBRIAN BASEMENT''''S CHARACTERISTICS AND EVOLUTION IN THE SOUTHEAST MARGIN OF OUR COUNTRY

Based on the comprehensive information from several geological profiles in Jiangxi and Fujian provinces, the types of rock formations and two-trough-and-one-uplift tectonic units in Huaxia massif during middle and late Proterozoic era are divided in the paper according to the principle that the types of rock -formations are constrained by the interaction of plates. By comparison of the differences and similarities in the type of rock formation, distribution of mineral resource, and value interval of Pb isotope, etc, the route along Yiyang-Suichuan is determined the margin between lower Yangtze land mass and Huaxia massif. Moreever, the proposal is addressed regarding appropriately confining to the degree of metamorphism and range of migmatization in Caledonian tectonic movement in light of the micropaleontological discrimination and analogy of types of rock formations.
