| Abstract: | Land consolidation and rehabilitation is the foundamental way to realize the dynamic equilibrium of total cultivated and the important act to protect cultivated land. In this paper,the importance of land consolidation and rehabilitation is discussed and some practical experiences and effects of our country are introduced too. At the same time,some effective acts are suggested considering the present condition of land consolidation and rehabilitation of Henan province as well. |
