| 摘 要： | 综合运用ArcGIS Server技术，网络服务技术等，实现水利方面的水资源管理、防汛抗旱、农田水利等功能。以鹤壁市水利空间信息管理与服务系统为例，详细介绍了系统的设计思想、系统结构与系统功能。
