突发地质灾害研究某些新进展

摘    要:2006年2月17日,发生在菲律宾中部南莱特省的泥石流灾难,导致1000多人死亡和失踪,震惊了全世界。为了介绍这类突发地质灾害在世界各国的研究现状和进展,作者试图以32届地质大会和国际滑坡风险评估管理大会所反应的有关地质灾害研究领域的新进展和新信息为主线,结合近两年参加国家中长期科技发展规划和国土资源部中长期科技发展规划地质灾害领域前期战略研究报告,概要介绍突发地质灾害预测预报、监测预警和风险评估研究方面的新进展。

Abstract:The whole world and researchers engaged in geological hazard prevention and control were shocked by the mudflow hazard occurring in Southern Leyte, central Philippin, e on February 17, 2006, which caused more than 1000 deaths and missing. In order to introduce the status quo and progress in the study of such sudden geological hazards in various countries of the world, the paper attempts to introduce briefly the recent progress in prediction, monitoring, early-warning and risk assessment of sudden geological hazards from the recent progress and new information presented by the 32nd International Geological Conference and the international Conference on Landslide Risk Assessment and Management, combined with the State Medium- and Long-term Program on Science and Technology Development of China and the early-stage strategic research report on geological hazards in China in the Medium- and Long-term Program on Science and Technology Development of the Ministry of Land and Resources of China.
