| 摘 要： | RS影像为城市规划用地动态监测提供了一种很好的数据源,本文在研究RS影像处理的基础上,通过相同地区不同时相的高分辨率RS影像进行违规建筑监测,实现对违规建设用地的监测,提高了城市规划监测专题目标识别的效率,具有很好的实际应用意义。

| Abstract: | RS image provides a very good source of data for the city planning land use dynamic monitoring.Based on the research of RS image preprocessing,the paper realized the illegal construction land monitoring,with the same area in different time high resolution RS image monitoring of illegal construction.The method can improve the city planning monitoring special target recognition efficiency,and has a good practical application significance. |
