Abstract:The specific natural-geographical system of the Upper and Middle Amur basin, including the right-bank area (PRC) is investigated. The system is characterized by a single-type landscape and geological structure, and by mineral resources similar in composition. An analysis is made of the natural-resource potential, and the strategic directions of its economic utilization with due regard for the trans-boundary factor are predicted.
