珠江三角洲中小城市大气环境规划初探

摘    要:分析中小城市大气环境规划的特点,采用总量控制和总量控制指导下的A-P值法研究广东顺德市大气环境规划问题:用总量控制A值法从宏观上控制区域总允许排放量,再用P值法控制每个单源的排放,通过影响系数研究工业区的布局方案,从而给出顺德市区域大气污染物允许排放量的典型分析和最大允许排放量的合理布局规划,指导未来污染源的选址、排放高度和排放量的确定。

Abstract:he characteristics of air environmental planning for medium and small cities in Zhujiang River Delta is analysed. By adopting total amount control and A-P method controlled by total amount, the problem of air environmental planning for Shunde City, Guangdong Province is studied: By using A-P value method controlled by total amount,regional permitted total discharge amount is macroscopically controlled, then the discharge at each local source is controlled by using the P value method. and the distribution plan of the industrial area is studied by the influencing coefficients.From these the typical analyses for permitted air pollution discharge and a rational distribution plan for maximal permitted discharge amount of Shunde City is produced,giving guidance to select future pollution source sites,discharge heights and the determination of discharge amount.
