广东外商投资结构变化研究

９０年代以来，广东省外商投资的结构发生了四大变化，一是尽管外资继续以亚洲资本为主，但欧美外资稳步增长；二是以合作经营、“三来一补”和对外借款方式的投资减少，外商独资、合资经营投资比重上升并居于主导地位；三是流向制造业的外资大幅度增长，商服、房地产投资稳中有降；皲是外资在空间上向边缘地区扩散转移。针对外资的结构变化趋势，提出未来的引资对策：（１）保持亚洲外商稳定增长，大力开发欧美资本市场，实施全球引

Foreign Investment Structure Changes in Guangdong Province

Foreign investment structure has been changed in four aspects. Firstly, foreign investment from Europe and North America increase though Asian investment takes the main part of total foreign investment. Secondly, investment by Joint Ventures and Ventures Exclusively with foreign capital increase while there is decrease by cooperative operation and foreign loans. Thirdly, investment in manufacturing industry goes up but it goes down in retail sales, real estate. Fourthly, in 1990s, more foreign investment flows into periphery area instead of economic core. Based on the conclusion, the author put forward some policies to improve foreign investment structure.
