珠江流域水资源量及用水量近期变化分析

根据珠江流域近几年水资源公报提供的数据，对流域水资源量和用水量变化特点进行了分析研究，得出了初步的分析成果，为流域水资源的合理开发利用和优化配置提供参考依据。20世纪90年代珠江流域水旱灾害频繁，先后发生了1994年6月和1998年6月流域大洪水，1998年和2000年部分地区出现春旱和秋旱。同时，90年代又是流域经济发展较快的时期，尤其珠江三角洲沿海地区经济快速增长，用水量出现明显的增长，近几年用水量趋于相对稳定。

Analysis of Recent Variation of Water Resources and Water Consumption in the Pearl River Basin

This paper describes the recent variation of water resources and water consumption in the Pearl River Basin based on the data from Pearl River Water Resources Bulletins. The research results provide the reference for the development, utilization and rational configuration of water resources in this basin. Floods and droughts frequently occurred in the Pearl River Basin in the 1990s, such as the serious floods happened in June 1994 and June 1998, as well as the spring drought and autumn drought in some areas in 1998 and 2000. During this period, there was a fast economic development in this basin;especially the Pearl River Delta and coastal areas had a high-speed economic growth, so that the water consumption increased obviously. The water consumption is tending towards stability in recent years.
