| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了３２例腰椎峡部的ＣＴ表现,着重讨论了其诊断与鉴别诊断,并强调了平行椎间盘扫描之重点在于层面需包括“峡部层面”的技术,认为峡部层面是观察峡部裂隙的最佳层面。

| Abstract: | The CT manifestations of 32 cases of isthmic defect in the lumbar spine were analysed. The diagnosis as well as differential diagnosis of the alnormality were discussed. Emphasis was put on examination technique using axial CT parallel to the intervertebral space, Scannings were done specially on which with"Isthmic scan"(at the level of inferior margin of the pedicle). It was considered by the authors that is one of the optimal views for demonstrating isthmic defect. |
