摘    要:针对如何解决对城建中违章建筑进行全面有效监管的问题,设计研发了一种应用北斗无人机低空感知与服务技术的智能查违系统。利用北斗无人机搭载航空摄影设备获取城市定点区域遥感数据,通过实时数据通信传输模块将信息上传至多功能遥感数据处理平台进行动态处理,实现违章建筑的持续变化监测和查询,为监管部门提供数据支撑和决策依据。

Low Altitude Perception and Service System of Beidou Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for Intelligent Supervision of Illegal Construction
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of comprehensive and effective supervision of illegal buildings in urban,a kind of intelligent check system based on low altitude perception and service technology of Beidou unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is designed and developed.Beidou UAV equipped with aerial photography equipment is used for collecting the city remote sensing data.The information is uploaded to the remote sensing data processing platform for dynamic processing through the real-time data communication module.The system realizes the sustained change monitoring and query of illegalbuildings,and provides the data support and decision-making basis for the supervision department.
