| 摘 要： | 采用溶液法配制标准,粉末直接制备样饼,用SRS300型X射线荧光光谱仪测定彩色荧光粉中的SiO2、Fe2O3、Co、Zn组分含量,取得较满意的结果,与已知含量样品比较,所测组分的结果基本相符。精密度检验SiO2、Fe2O3、Co、Zn的RSD均<3%(n=10)。

| Abstract: | SiO_(2), Fe_(2)O_(3), Co and Zn in fluoresce powder were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with pressed powder sample preparation and aqueous standard method. The analytical results for these components in the samples were satisfactory with precision of <3% RSD (n=10). |
