| Abstract: | Assemblages of magmatic origin—hypersolvus nepheline syenites,theralites, and theralitic canadites—developed in a beltof nepheline rocks extending through Monmouth and Glamorgantownships of Haliburton County, Ontario, are described and theirsignificance in the problems of origin of the Haliburton–Bancroftalkali province briefly disocussed. |
