基于RS的池州市城市扩张监测与分析

摘    要:随着经济的高速发展和城市化进程的加快,如何研究城市扩张的趋势和强度,对城市建筑区规划及促进经济的可持续发展和提高资源利用率具有重大意义。利用监督分类技术方法对城乡建筑区域进行分类,提取出池州市5个时期的建筑区域,并加以比较分析。结果显示,1990-2015年,池州市建筑面积持续增加,城市扩张中心出现向东北部转移的趋势,建筑区域面积逐渐增加,但每年建筑面积增加速率却呈现逐渐下降的趋势,这表明了自然环境对城市扩张的影响。通过结合自然环境、人口、国内生产总值、政策等相关统计资料,经过分析后得到城市扩张与经济和人口有密切的相关关系,但是城市扩张趋势也受制于自然环境的影响,研究结果为城市规划及因地制宜的经济建设提供了理论依据。

Monitoring and Analysis of Urban Expansion in Chizhou Based on RS

Abstract:China’s economy is in a stage of rapid development,led the city of urban and rural areas,the trend and intensity of how to study the expansion of the city,the city planning construction area and the sustainable development of the economy,improve the utilization rate of resources is of great significance.This paper uses the method of supervised classification to classify the urban and rural construction area,and extracts the construction area of five periods in Chizhou City,and makes a comparative analysis.The results show:from 1990to 201525years,Chizhou city construction area continued to increase,expansion of the city center to the Northeast transfer trend,building area gradually increased,but the annual construction area increase rate is decreased gradually,which indicated that the influence of natural environment on the expansion of the city.Through a combination of natural environment,population,GDP(gross domestic product),policy and other related statistical data obtained after analysis is closely related to city expansion and economy and population,but the influence of city expansion trend is also subject to the natural environment.The research results provide a theoretical basis for city planning and local economic construction.
