摘    要:本文介绍了我国自然灾害的现状,论述了航空遥感的特点,并简要论述了遥感技术在防灾、抗灾、救灾及灾害损失和影响评估中的作用。介绍了我国高空机载遥感系统的特点及其在洪水和林火监测中的应用实例和效果。

Abstract:This article analyses the prevoiling circumstances of natural disaster in China and the attractive characters of airborne remote sensing, which are macroscopic, fast, flexible, accurate, high efficent, and purposeful. The author also discusses the effects of remote sensing in reducing disaster: precaution, prognosis and forewarning the possible disaster; fight against natural disaster, real-time monitoring their processes and operation of effective anti-disaster measures; rescue, making decision to direct and dispatch the fight works in accordance with the calamity situation; scientifically estimating their effects on encplogy environment and the production in industry and agriculture. Finally, it introduces the Chinese high-altitute airborne remote sensing system's features together with its real application and results in monitoring floods and forest fires.
