眉山市环境地质问题及其防治对策

摘    要:眉山市主要有地表水和地下水污染、边坡不稳、砂土液化、矿床疏干地下水和地表水、采空区造成地面开裂和地面沉陷、矿渣堆积污染水土环境、干旱缺水、水土流失、坝基失稳、库渠渗漏、航道险滩和滑坡等环境地质问题,其形成与发展固然与自然地质环境相关,但人类工程活动是其主要控制因素。环境地质问题制了该市国民经济可持续发展步伐,也为此而付出了巨大的代价。这些环境地质问题均可通过有效的防治措施,避免、减轻或得以根治,从而恢复良好的生存环境。

Abstract:There are many different kinds of environgeological problems existing in Meishan City, including pollution of surface water and underground water landslide, sand liquation, geo-fracture and surface settlement caused by underground mining, leakage of ditch and reservoir, soil erosion and water loss. Although the formation of these environgeological problems relate firstly to their natural geology, human activities are more important impact factors. These problems heavily restrain the sustainable development of the city and bring great economic loss. However, these problems can be alleviated or avoided by means of effective prevention measures.
