摘    要:IPM作为开关器件不可避免地存在关断时间,对于电法勘探而言,感抗负载有时比较大,而感抗的大小往往会影响到逆变器的关断时间,倘若不考虑关断时间影响就会导致供电回路短路,严重时会烧毁器件.所以,某些变频领域下所提倡的采用高速光耦来达到较高开关频率的做法在物探领域并不恰当.本文在分析了几种常用的外围驱动电路基础上,结合电法勘探的特殊性,提出了一种IPM外围驱动电路设计的方法,并给出了相关参数的取值以及器件选型分析.该方法在降低系统成本的同时可以更安全地驱动IPM.

Abstract:As an inverter, IPM faces a very important problem: the influence of turn-off time. In electrical exploration, inductance of load, which influences turn-off time of inverter, is large sometimes. If this point is not considered, short-circuit and device damage will happen under serious conditions. So, in geophysical exploration, the idea of using high speed opto-couplers to improve transmitting frequency in some fields of frequency conversion is not appropriate. Based on the analysis of some commonly used peripheral driver circuits, combining the particularity of electrical exploration, a new method is proposed. Which includes designing peripheral circuit of IPM and choosing the device and calculating the value of parameters, This method can save the costs and drive IPM more safely.
