“印支运动”五十周年的回顾

摘    要:今年是佛罗马热(Fromaget,1934)的印支运动命名五十周年。这是由于在越南桑怒的三叠纪地层中发现前诺立克和前瑞替克两个不整合,被他称为是“最重要的旋回(主要运动)”,并形成“不属于华力西运动的印支褶皱”。

Abstract:This essay argues that the Indosinian movement is by no means an independent orogenic cycle as that proposed by Fromaget (1934), but a significant and important terminal orogenic phase of the late stage of the Hercynian Cycle in Asia. The Indosinian movement is negligible in the west Europe, but late Triassic flood basalt were extensively erupted in a region extending from Morocco through Greece, the Caucasus to Iran. The Paleotethys geosynclines were developed in uncompleted Hercynian basement, and the Indosinian movement is the tardily lasted phase of the Hercynian cycle in Bast Asia. It is known that the most profound change in the outlook of the globe surface probably oc-cured during the Indosinian. Not only the Siberian platform was coagulated to the Sino-Korean platform, as the Mongolian geosyncline had been closed in Triassic time, but also the paleo-tethys ocean in south China was consolidated and united the pro-existing 6 platforms (Tarim, Sino-Korean, Qiangtang, Yangtze, Indochina and Shan-Thai) to form the major part of the Pangea A. The process of accretion of Indochina against the southern Margin of Eurasia seem to have lasted from the late Triassic to early Middle Jurassic, and it is hard to say the destruction and disintegration of parts of Paleo-Asia occurred in Indosinian. It is unnecessary to divided the Indosinides from Hereynides in the geotectonie maps in China.
