近地下水库理论与工程实践现状

地下水库作为一种水资源调控工程措施,具有重要意义。在过去的40年,国内外进行了大量的地下水库建设工程实践,取得了较大的社会、经济和环境效益。本文回顾了地下水库研究和工程实践的历史,讨论了地下水库的概念、分类、建设条件、效益及存在问题。

Construction Status and Development Theory of Underground Reservoir

The deficiency of water resources is an important constraining factor of social and economical development in many areas.At the same time,the unevenness of water resources with time and space is causing a lot of difficulties for making full use of the limited water resources.Groundwater reservoir,as a highly efficient water resource construction,is significant in making good use of the adjustment function of groundwater and realizing the conjunctive use of surface and ground water.In the past 40 years,a great deal of work has been done in the groundwater reservoir study and construction,getting great social,economic and environmental effects.There will be more and more needs for groundwater reservoirs,with the ever more increase of water deficiency for a lot of areas,and therefore it is essential to summarize the status of groundwater reservoir theory and construction practice.In the paper,the development history of groundwater reservoir is reviewed,and the theory system is summarized,including the concept,classification,requirement for construction,reservoir capacity calculation,benefit and impact assessment of groundwater reservoirs.
