国际体系的社会演化：中心、周边、亚周边分析模式

等级制的国际体系是地理政治体系，由中心、周边、亚周边和边缘四部分组成，它们各自发挥区别而又相互联系的作用，共同推动国际体系的运转和社会演化。中心国家是体系的建立者和维护者，面对中心国家的选择压力，自主性对亚周边国家非常重要，可以提高这些国家改革和革命发生的概率。周边国家通过顺从体系领导者实现发展，而亚周边国家在不顺从的同时，希望借助体系实现发展，于是国际体系出现了两种演化方式：伸缩演化指周边取代衰落的中心或中心分解成多个政治社会实体，其中之一成为新中心的演化方式；螺旋演化指亚周边不断通过制度变革，促进经济发展和实力增长，最后成功取代中心的演化方式。

Social evolution of international systems:An analysis pattern of center,neighborhood and sub-neighborhood

International systems of hierarchy is geopolitical systems,which are composed of four parts,namely,the center,the neighborhood,the sub-neighborhood and the periphery.Each of them plays a different but interrelated role and jointly promotes the operation and social evolution of international systems.Central states are the founder and maintainer of the system.Faced with the selective pressure of central states,autonomy is very important to sub-neighborhood countries,which increases the probability of reform and revolution in these countries.Neighborhood countries develop through following the leadership of center states,while sub-neighborhood countries hope to rise with the help of international system but without observing the order,hence there are two types of evolution for international system:The elastic evolution and the spiral evolution.
