| 摘 要： | 构建凸现区域个性化特色的创新协作机制,是提升科技园区自主技术创新能力和高新技术产品国际竞争力的战略选择.在深入剖析海外科技园区创新协作机制运行方式与特征的基础上,结合我国科技园区的发展实际,提出从3个层面重塑我国科技园区内各创新行为主体互动关系,构建富有竞争力的创新协作网络,即推动政府与企业之间有效互动,构建科技园区良好的服务环境和支撑体系;开展企业与大学及科研院所之间的紧密合作,构建合作与共赢的创新协作网络;加强企业之间的互动联系,构建集聚与共生的发展共同体.
