区域可持续发展的评价方法与理论模型研究述评

评述了区域可持续发展评价方法与模型研究的现状，将现行评价模型归纳为概念模型与线性组合模型两大类，分析了两大类模型的特点并对已有的一些模型进行了评价，指出了目前在可持续发展评价方法上存在的两大误区，即过分强调模型的普适性和精细性。认为可持续发展评价方法和理论模型的建立应重视时效性和实用性，并考虑到人类认识的阶段性，分步推进。

REVIEW ON THE STUDY OF ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY AND THEORETICAL MODEL OF REGIONAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The present situation of the study on the assessment methodology and theoretical model of regional sustainable development is reviewed. The available assessment models are classified into two groups as: conception model and linear assemblage model. The characteristics of the two groups of model were discussed and some models were introduced and commented. It is pointed out that there are two misunderstandings in the assessment methodology of regional sustainable development at present. It is considered that the establishment of the methodology and theoretical model on the assessment of regional sustainable development should be advanced stepwise according to the phases of understanding of the human beings.
