| 摘 要： | 矿产资源的持续利用是可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。单纯的消耗资源和追求经济数量增长的发展模式,正严重威胁着资源的持续利用。因此,以较低的资源代价和社会代价,取得较高的经济发展水平是最适耗竭所要解决的问题。为此,本文提出了矿产资源最适耗竭发展模式。

| Abstract: | Sustainable utilization of the mineral resources has been becoming one of important parts of economic strategy.It is threaten by the simplex development model with consuming resources and pursuing economic quantity growth.Therefore,Social development with higher economy developing level and economic-social continuative growing model is at a lower resources and social price,which is aptitude for optimal consuming.It brings forward the model of mineral resources' optimal consuming development,and makes resources and environment and economy harmonious development by the research of this lesson. |
