| 摘 要： | 宁波是个人口众多、突发事故频发的沿海城市,宁波市应急避难场所信息系统的研究对应急指挥、人员疏散都具有重要的社会现实意义。本文在GIS技术的基础上,提出应急避难场所信息系统总体结构及技术路线,阐述其实现的基本原理,并提出构建宁波市应急避难场所信息系统的初步框架。

| Abstract: | Ningbo is a coastal urban area with a large population and many emergencies,so the research on emergency shelter information system of Ningbo city is very important to emergency command and people evacuation.On the basis of GIS technology,the paper puts forward thegeneral construction and the technique route of emergency shelter information system,explains its principles,and establishes the preliminary frame of Ningbo emergency shelter information system. |
