小区地理信息系统的设计与实现

随着城市的发展,小区内公共设施,如地下给排水管线、电力线、道路、建筑等都面临着新建、扩建的问题,因此,准确反映和管理小区内公共设施的基础数据显得尤为重要.以某小区的基础设施综合信息系统的建设为背景,研究基础设施数据与地形图数据的统一数据建库以及专业分析等的应用.介绍以ArcGIS为平台的小区地理信息系统的建设,包括系统的软件配置、数据编辑、查询、输出、三维分析等功能的实现.对其他小区或城市信息系统的建设有一定的参考意义.

Design and realization of community GIS

With developing of cities,the problems showed out because of newly building,the extension and the renewal underground feed water,drainage pipeline,power line,road,building and so on.Therefore,foundation data reflected the community public facility is very important.Under the background of a community multi-information system of infrastructure construction,building database with infrastructure data and relief map data together and special analysis were studied in this paper.This paper introduced the construction of community infrastructure management system based on ArcGIS and MapObjects,including software configurations,realization of editing,finding,printing,3D analytic functions. It may be a certain reference meaning to building the information system of other communities or cities.
