本文总结莆田市地震学会近年来的工作经验,提出加强学会自身建设,必须注意加强管理、加强组织建设,处理好学会与挂靠单位的关系,会员与所在单位的关系,注意保护和调动会员的积极性,开展多样化活动,及时表彰先进。
