| Abstract: | This paper presents a new type of low-frequency radar especially applicable to locate the buried pipelines in Shanghai area, which is characterized by high level of phreatic water and damp soil. As this technique is a quick and effective one, it will promote the development of municipal construction Shanghai area. |
