Formation of Massive Stars with High Accretion

We make models of the formation of massive stars by an accretion which is growing with the mass already accreted. These models are supported by several observations. They have implications for the IMF and the maximum stellar mass. This revised version was published online in September 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.
