| Abstract: | This paper set forth some views on ocean-oriented features of an ocean university based on a summary of the need of oceanic scientists and technicians and requiring for maritime higher education.It is necessary to strengthen oceanic sense and education,popularize oceanic knowledge,integrate oceanic resouces on hand,readjust the structure of the subjects,make policy and take measures to show ocean-orented features. |
