摘    要:对钢渣的热膨胀的测定条件进行了研究.结果表明:未翻渣试样的热膨胀量比翻动渣试样的大;热膨胀量测定值受测定时升温速度的影响,升温速度快的测定值较小;从试验结果的准确性以及测定过程的可操作性角度考虑,将测定时的升温速度设定在1.0~1.5 ℃/min较好;当在试样下增加垫铁时,应仔细考虑物体间的接触热阻与所得结果认真计算加以分析.

Abstract:In this paper, the conditions to measure thermal expansion of steel scoria were investigated. The results showed that the thermal expansion of no turning-over steel scoria samples was larger than that of turning-over scoria samples. The thermal expansion was affected by heating rate; at higher heating rate, the thermal expansion was less. In consideration of the precision of the results and manipuility of testing process , the heating rate of about 1.0~1.5 ℃/min was preferable. When underlay steel was used, it must be taken into serious consideration the contact resistance between samples.
