| Abstract: | Under the favorable condition of the policies of readjusting,reforming and rejuvenating of the old industrial bases in Northeast China put forward by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council,all the industries and trades in the region look into the future developing direction of their industries around the center. We shall put the digital city as the base,through promoting the construction of urban informationization,provide more convenient conditions for the reforming and rejuvenationg of the old industrial bases. |
