| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国国土资源空间数据一直存在坐标系统不统一的状况,不同部门的空间数据成果无法共享,造成重复建设、资源浪费。为推进国土资源数据应用与共享,提高国土资源数据服务水平,需要在国土资源系统全面开展2000国家大地坐标系的转换和使用工作。本文以西藏自治区为例,详细地探讨了国土资源空间数据从1980西安坐标系向2000国家大地坐标系转换的技术方案,通过实验验证了方案的可行性。

| Abstract: | For a long time,the spatial data coordinate systems of land and resources have been not uniform in China,the spatial data in different departments couldn′t be shared,which led to repeated construction and waste of resources.In order to promote the application and sharing of land and resources data,improve the service quality of land and resources data,the transformation and use of the CGCS2000 should be carried out in the land and resource system.This paper takes Tibet as an example to discuss the technical scheme of land and resources spatial data conversion from 1980 Xi′an coordinate system to CGCS2000 in detail and proves the feasibility of the scheme by experiment. |
