| 摘 要： | 本文利用沿海方志中有关洪涝的记载及1949～1991年能够搜集到的洪涝灾害资料,对福建沿海地区洪涝灾情作了分析,并结合沿海地区的区位、地貌、气候等特征和人为因素,探讨了洪涝灾害发生的原因。文中还根据洪涝发生规律,提出了防治对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper,historical documents and recent data(after 1949)about flood in the coastal regionare used to analyse the damage.These data are combined with the regional bearing,geomorphology,climate and man's actions to discuss the cause of flood in the coastal region according to the rules offlood,the methods of flood control are suggested. |
