人力资源管理中存在的问题与对策

摘    要:当前我国企事业单位的人力资源管理,在开发形式、考评标准、选用制度等方面存在着不科学、不规范等问题。通过分析人力资源管理中的各种弊端及症结,提出其相应的对策,即在人力资源开发上实行购买培训,接受社会评估;在人员考评上建立定性考评与定量考评、贡献考评与能力考评相结合的考评体系;在人员选用上建立科学、民主、公开、透明的新机制。

Abstract:Unscientific and nonstandard roadblocks are existed in aspects of development pattern, assessment standard and system selection in the country's enterprise human resource management at present. Through analyses of various malpractices and sticking points in human resource management, put forward corresponding countermeasures, that is to say on human resource exploitation, to carry out purchasing training, accept social assessment; on personnel examination and appraisal, to establish qualitative and quantitative examinations and appraisals; on personnel selection, to establish a scientific, democratic, open and lucid new mechanism.
