摘    要:国际天文联合会(IAU)2006决议1推荐采用P03岁差模型代替IAU2000A岁差模型,该模型的岁差参数由用户选择。针对这一决议,绘制了表示岁差章动参数之间关系的天极图和分点图,讨论了与目前决议相一致的坐标转换规律,并对岁差章动参数的各种选择方案及其特点进行了详细研究。这不仅为新决议中P03岁差模型的推广应用提供了有力的支持,同时也进一步明确了各种岁差章动参数之间的关系及其在实用中应注意的问题。

Abstract:The P03 precession model was adopted to replace the model of IAU2000A by International Astronomical Union 2006 resolution 1,and the choice of precession parameters was left to the user.Aiming at the resolution,the charts of poles and corresponding equinoxes were given to denote the relations among precession-nutation quantities,the laws of coordinate transformations using these charts were induced and discussed,and various scenarios and their characteristic about the choice of precession-nutation quantities...
