| 摘 要： | 运用油库系统设计方法 ,建立了油库系统的库存模型 ,提出了用数字仿真技术确定油库最佳库容的方法。在确定油库库容时 ,提出了油库必须满足某一最小库容的概念。考虑了油库与环境的交互作用 ,因而与传统的周转系数法相比 ,运用文中建立的油库系统库存模型设计的库容将更为经济与合理。

| Abstract: | To establish the stock model of oil depot system is in order to determine the optimum stock of oil depot. In this paper, the stock model of oil depot system has been established by using the theory of System Design Method and the optimum stock of oil depot has been determined by using the technique of Numerical Emulation as well as the concept of minimum stock that oil depot should meet has been put forward while determining the stocks of oil depot. Considering the interactive effect between oil depot and environment, the systematic design method will be more economical and reasonable than the traditional turnover coefficient method. |
