| Abstract: | The construction factors of the fine periodicals are described.The idea of "To nurture the fine periodicals with the quality for the existence and to develop with the advertisement under the help of the mass media is proposed.The concrete problems encountered by the periodical "Indoor and Outdoor of Classroom" are analyzed.The direction of nurturing the fine periodicals is pointed out. |
