| Abstract: | In order to improve efficiency of land allocation and promote industrial upgrading, on the basis of studying present condition of bidding, auction and transfer system of construction using land in Binzhou city, pointing to problmes occurred in implementation of bidding, auction and transfer of construction using land, relative countermeasures are put forward to perfect bidding and auction of constructon using land. |
