强磁—化选对含铁、锰、氧化铅、锌矿选别的研究

摘    要:氧化铅锌矿通常是指在矿石中能回收的独立矿物:自铅矿、铅矾、菱锌矿、异极矿等等.而本文涉及的为火山喷气-火山热液交代矿床、氧化锰铁帽中,铅锌与锰铁结合的含铁锰的氧化铅锌矿.此类矿物种类多而繁杂,品位高低不等.冶金部中南冶金地质勘探公司地质研究所曾对湖北某含锰铁的氧化铅、锌矿石的化学选矿进行过大量的研究工作.本院对该类型矿石的研究结果表明,通过磁选-化选不但可以得到纯净的氧化锰精矿和锰铁原料,而且95%以上的铅、锌和70%的银可挥发至烟尘被回收.

Abstract:Mn-Fe in oxide manganese gossan usually combines with associated lead, zinc, silver to form the oxide film. When ore grains are fine or in absorbing state, the method of intensive magnetic separation-chemical processing is an efficient procedure.The direct pelletization of concentrates may separate Mn-Fe and Pb-Zn. SO2 waste-gas or pyrite might also be used to separate manganese concentrates for high grade manganese ores before pelletization.
