| Abstract: | Based on the meteorological data of Ewenke banner from 1959 to 2008,the discrimination standard of drought and flood period that is the main meteorological disaster in recent 50 years was analyzed briefly by using statistics method,and it provided some reference for forecast and prevention of drought and flood. |
