| Abstract: | The paper introduces the main content of aided decision system for post-earthquake emergency response(ADSPEER),which is developed based on the platform of GIS. The procedure of development is explained, and an example is given. The application of GIS to ADSPEER will exploit the research fields of mitigating earthquake disaster, and greatly promote the abilities of emergency response. |
