| 摘 要： | 旅游对资源与环境的依赖性强,在开发和利用中已经对环境造成不容忽视的破坏和负面影响。在对旅游环境的概念进行界定的基础上,分析了当前中国旅游环境领域立法的必要性,主要从旅游业的发展势态、旅游业对旅游环境的污染与破坏和旅游环境立法的现状3个方面入手,提出了对中国旅游环境立法的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Tourism has depended more and more on resources and environment, and it has destroyed the environment heavily when it developed.On the basis of fixing the concept of tourism environment,it is necessary for our country to strengthen and perfect the legislation on this field,there are three main points:the development current,the destruction and the actuality of legislation,so follows some suggestions for tourism environment protection. |
