吉林西部地区洪涝灾害与地震活动及前郭站前兆异常关系的探讨

吉林西部的白城、松原两市是松花江、嫩江、洮儿河的交汇地带，1998年该区域发生特大洪水，洪涝灾害发生不久，位于洪害区内的前郭地震观测站，两项手段出现异常，继而在两市境内发生一系列小震。分析该区域洪涝灾害、前兆异常和地震活动三者之间的关系，研究该类型地震孕震过程中震区应力－应变积累与地下水动态的内在联系，对加深洪涝与地震相关机制的认识将起到一定的参考作用。

STUDY ON RELATION AMONG FLOOD DISASTER SEISMIC ACTIVITY AND PERCURSORY ANOMALY AT THE QIANGUO SEIMIC OBSERVATORY

Baicheng and Songyuan in the west of Jilin province Where the Song Hua river,the Nen river and the Tao river meet.All extraordinary flood disaster occurred here in 1998,and two anomalies were observed at the Qianguo seismic observatory located in the flood area soon after the flood,meanwhile,a series of small-scale earthquakes happenned in the area of Baicheng and Songyuan.It will play an reference role in getting a deeper understanding for the interaction of floods and earthquakes to analyze the relationship among flood disater, seismic activity and precursory anomaly,also with the internal relationship between accumulation of stress-strain and groundwater during the process of this type of earthquake-pregnant in this seismic area.
