公平因素对地勘单位职工工资满意度的影响和作用

摘    要:通过对地勘单位职工工资满意度的研究,论述了公平因素对工资满意度的影响,分析了地勘单位职工工资虽然在上升,但是职工对工资的满意度却不高的原因,说明了工资与满意度联系的关键不是个人的实际所得,而是职工公平理念对单位(企业)的要求,进而提出了构建企业工资分配制度应注意的公平原则.

Abstract:In a study on earning gratifying extent of geological exploration units, discussed the factor of fair and reasonable how to infect the gratifying extent. The paper revealed that in despite of the rising earning of employees, while the gratifying extent is still not high. It demonstrated that the key factor of gratifying extent is not personal actual income, but the fair and reasonable idea. Then proceed to use the fair and reasonable principle to fabricate an enterprise distribution system.
