| 摘 要： | 通过对西北干旱地区的水资源现状分析,得出西北干旱区水资源存在着水资源量不足、分布不均、严重浪费、水环境恶化等问题;解决该地区水资源问题的相应对策,即:强化管理,科技兴水,合理配置,高效利用,优化环境,加大投入和持续利用等。

| Abstract: | The problems of arid northwestern China water resources is are below by analysing its current situation of water resources: shortage of water resources, unbalance distribution of water resources, serious waste of water resources, badly environmental condition of water. At last gives out the countermeasures of rational utilization of water resources: Enhancing management, strengthening science and technology in utilization of water resources, rational allocation, optimization the water resource environment, enlarging the expenditure to water projects, making the water resource continued development. |
