| 摘 要： | 高新区作为城市结构的重要有机组成部分,是城市复杂系统中的一个重要子系统,其建设将对城市的空间结构、经济发展、城市内部组织方式多方面产生深刻的影响。系统科学是解决复杂系统问题的重要方法,运用系统科学的理论视角,从西安市发展层面、同级开发区层面和高新区自身发展层面出发,分析西安市高新区现状、高新区在发展中与各层面间的互动关系,对其结构形态、内部组织等方面进行了研究,提出西安市高新区未来发展中的几点启示。

| Abstract: | As a part of city structure,development area of high and new technique industry(DAHNTI) have very important effect on the spatial structure of city?economy development?organize pattern and so on.Based on the theory of system science, beginning with the level of the development of Xi'an City, the same leveled developing area and high and new technology developing area(DAHNTI)itself, this paper analyzes the present conditions of DAHNTI and interact relation with other similar area. Then it discusses the appearance construction of DAHNTI, and brings up several suggestions of DAHNTI in Xi'an City in the future. |
