| 摘 要： | 利用1991—2000年的观测实验系列资料，对潜水蒸发系数进行了分析计算，得出了冰期、月、年等三个计算时段不同岩性的潜水蒸发系数，并进行了变化特征和合理性分析，对三水转化机理、农田灌溉排水、盐碱地改造和水资源评价等方面的应用提了建设性建议。

| Abstract: | Using the observation and experiment data from 1991 to 2000, curried on analysis and calculation, obtained phreatic water evaporation coefficient in three different period of ice age, month and year, and analysis on the variation feature and reasonability, proposed the recommendation on the application for "three water" transformation mechanism, farmland irrigation and drainage, saline-alkali land reclamation and water resources assessment. |
